Global Network for Active and Responsible LEADERSHIP Amongst Youth “(GNARLY)”

Official Global Internship & Assessment Framework

Introduction & Vision: The Spirit of the Gnarly Troop

The Gnarly Troop Global Federation (GTGF) is a transformative global movement uniting youth from all continents under the shared values of Climate, Community, Culture, and Cooperation (4Cs). Through structured action and mentorship, it empowers youth to become leaders, innovators, and responsible citizens of the world.

The Gnarly Troop Internship Program is not a mere experiential placement; it is a leadership transformation journey designed to blend education with empathy, innovation with integrity, and culture with community service.

Each intern becomes an integral member of the Global Troop Family, contributing meaningfully toward sustainable development, ethical leadership, and intercultural harmony. The program fosters skills aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Gnarly Troop’s 4C vision.

Core Philosophy:

“Act Locally, Think Globally.”
